Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and refunds:

My faux floral arrangements are made to order and non refundable, unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged. If there is a problem with your order then please email me in the first instance at stemsandtwine@yahoo.com. Please include at least 3 photos of the damaged item including the box prior to opening and I will do my very best to rectify any issue.

If you have ordered a bespoke wedding package or artificial arrangement you will be sent pictures of your items before sending out to you to ensure you are happy with the product/products. If in the unfortunate situation you receive a damaged item please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item in order that we may discuss a course of action to rectify the problem, please follow the steps detailed above.

If you do need to return an item/s please send back to me within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging. If a refund is agreed, please allow up to 30 days for a full refund on the item only. Postage charges will not be refunded. 

Requesting a cancellation - please advise within 2 days of purchase as I order stems as soon as orders come through.

Exchanges - gladly accepted, please follow procedures afore mentioned.
