Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds:

My faux floral arrangements are made to order and non refundable. I'm confident that you’ll love your flowers. However if an item is faulty or arrives damaged please email me in the first instance at anewleafflowers@yahoo.com and I will do my best to rectify any issues. 

If you have ordered a bespoke wedding package or artificial arrangement you will be sent pictures of your items before sending out to you to ensure you are happy with the product/products. 

In the unlikely event that I am unable to offer a resolution and a return is agreed, please allow up to 30 days for a full refund on the item only. Postage charges will not be refunded.
